I had high hopes for Bodybuilding Revealed as it is the massively improved, updated version of the old MBN. Upon opening the new PDF e-book, I was not at all disappointed - I was quite amazed at this solid 670 page e-book. How much information can you pack in to 670 pages? Lots! I often get requests to review other bodybuilding and weight loss e-book products, and I've checked out many of them. If lucky, most of them might have a quarter (1/4) of the substance compared to Bodybuilding Revealed. So what exactly can be packed into 670 pages of muscle building information?
