- You should now see total darkness
- Keep your palms covering your eyes, and completely relax your entire body
Palming like this is one of the best eye exercise to relax your eyes, and can help improve your vision, especially during times of high stress and strain. Take several minutes out of your day to practice this exercise. It not only helps you relax your eyes, but it also works wonderfully to relax your mind and body as well. There is no set rule on how long your should palm for each time. If you're a busy person, simply spend a few minutes to palm, and if you enjoy palming, and have the time, you can perform this eye exercise for longer period of time.
