In today's society, by the time most people get into their high school years and beyond, they will be wearing some type of corrective eye glasses. Because of the strains and stress placed on your eyes from reading, studying, playing video games, you would almost be part of the minority if you did not need eye glasses or contac lenses to help you see better. There are a number of causes for eye problems, and why vision problems are so common nowadays.

Your eyes are extremely complex organs that are the window to the outside world around you, without them, we would live in darkness. He had attributed majority of eyesight problems to the strains placed on eyes. While his methods for improving eyesight are controversial in the scientific community, there seems to be plenty of anecdotal evidence of positive results of eyesight improvement.
